The Lord roars from Mount Zion,
And shouts from New Jerusalem:
The sun and moon grow dark in His glory,
And the stars diminish before Him,
He goes from the south as a whirlwind!

His wrath is poured from the fountain
Into the cup of His right hand!
As His children praise, His cup is raised,
And it spills on the wicked in His land,
So all is subdued by the Lamb!
